On Every Job
Services
General contracting and sitework, under one contract.
Most projects need a builder and a sitework crew. Running both means the excavator and the framer answer to the same person, on the same schedule — and there is one number to call when something needs to change.
Renovations & Remodels
Kitchens, baths, basements, and whole-home renovations — including structural modifications, mechanical rough-in, and finish carpentry.
Additions & Expansions
Room additions, second stories, garages, and in-law suites — foundation through roof tie-in, engineered and permitted properly.
New Construction
Custom single-family homes and small multi-family builds, managed from dig day through final punch.
Demolition
Selective interior demo, full structure teardowns, and outbuilding removal — including hauling, disposal, and site cleanup.
Land Clearing
Lot clearing, tree and brush removal, and stump grinding — getting a raw parcel ready to build on.
Grading & Excavation
Rough and finish grading, drainage correction, pad prep, basement and footer excavation, utility trenching, and backfill.
About
Experience that starts on the jobsite.
Wade & Co Construction was founded by Andrew Wade following eight years with a Central Ohio development company, where he advanced from site superintendent to Vice President of Operations.
That work covered the full range of the industry — home renovations and additions, multi-family developments, luxury custom homes, large-scale demolition, and commercial construction — and it was learned in the order it gets built: field supervision first, operations leadership second.
It is a background that shows up in the details. Schedules are written by someone who knows how long the work actually takes. Budgets are built by someone who has bought the material. And the trade partners on your project are crews with years of proven work behind them.
-
Established trade partners Subcontractor relationships built over eight years in this market — selected on performance, not on the lowest bid.
-
Field-level project management Daily site presence and hands-on scheduling, not drive-by supervision between phone calls.
-
Real estate perspective A licensed agent's read on which improvements return value and which are money you will not get back.
-
Permitting and inspections handled Applications, plan review, and inspection scheduling coordinated with each jurisdiction as part of the contract.
-
Direct communication with the owner The person who prices your project is the person managing it on site.
